Cancel membership

We’ve deliberately made cancelling your membership seamless and easy. We don’t want to make you jump through hoops, provide doctor’s certificates or make it unnecessarily difficult just for the sake of retention. In return, we simply ask that you provide us with honest feedback on what’s led you to cancel with us.

Memberships need 2 weeks’ notice. Your membership (and payments) carry on as normal for 2 weeks from today, and we’ll confirm your last day by email.
